John Bailey, M.D., is Board Certified in Addiction Medicine, Pain Medicine, and Anesthesiology, and ASCP Certified in Advanced Psychopharmacology. He is the former medical director of The Refuge and currently on the faculty at the University of Florida in the division of Addiction Medicine where he is the Medical Director of the Springhill Health Center and the Program Director of addiction-pain medicine. He has authored numerous papers on papers on addiction medicine and teaches medical students, residents, and fellows. Dr. Bailey currently serves on the Governor’s Task Force on Drug Overdose, and the ASA Task force on Chemical dependency and has presented lectures at National Conferences on Neuroscience, Addiction, PTSD, Pain Management, and ADHD.
