Shipping and Handling

Handling Fee

All U.S. orders will be assessed a $5 handling fee plus .25 per item and shipping costs. Most orders are shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS). All orders are shipped within 48 hours. Expect to receive your order within 7–10 business days.

Taxes

There will be no sales tax charged on Gentle Path Press orders except if the order is placed in Arizona or Tennessee. All orders placed in Arizona will include a 10.3% state sales tax. Orders placed in Tennessee will include a 9.75% state sales tax.

Shipping within United States

All orders are shipped United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS); special shipping requests available by phone order only. To arrange expedited shipping, please call (480) 575-6853 during regular business hours, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. MST.

Please note that any order shipped via United States Postal Service (including P.O. boxes) is NOT guaranteed, and lost orders will NOT be refunded or replaced. Shipping costs will not be refunded on returned items.

Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded on returned items. Damaged products will not be accepted for return.

International Orders

All international orders (including Canada) will be assessed a $15 (USD) handling charge plus actual shipping cost. Shipping times will vary depending on location. Free shipping offers do not apply to international orders. Customers will be advised via email regarding postage cost prior to shipment.

Changing or Canceling An Order

Once your order has been accepted and scheduled to ship there are limited modifications that you can make to your order. You may complete the “contact us” form, send an e-mail to info@gentlepath.com  or call 480-575-6853 to determine if cancellation is possible. Otherwise, you will have to wait to receive the item, and them arrange for a return.

Returns and Refunds

For returns and refunds, contact info@gentlepath.com or 480-488-0150. Returns must occur within 7 days of receipt. Shipping & handling charges will apply. Refunds will include only the cost of the actual item, and will not include shipping charges that were initially billed.
