Orders to be shipped within the continental U.S. should be received within 12 business days unless otherwise noted in product descriptions. Exceptions may occur, during which customers will be notified by email or by phone of delays.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded on returned items. Damaged products will not be accepted for return.
